Are you a Winner!!
How many times have you won an award for academic excellence?
How many times have you been voted the best amongst your pals?
How many times have you won anything?
Do you remember the first time when you touched glory? Do you find it difficult to recall. No recall the first time you felt humiliated when you lost. These memories flash pretty fast isn't it. Well thats natural, negative/sad memories have deeper adherence to feelings generated at a particular event.
No I am not preaching the same old phase "Failure is necessary for Success". I have particular personal attachment to this phrase though. I was at this debate competition in my school days, the very first one of my life. How I ended up being there is another story. The topic of the debate was "Failure is necessary for Success" and guess what I fought to speak against it. All that confidence that you have when you are in the audience chair vaporises almost instantly when you stand on the podium, keep the reference write up and face the mass sitting in front of you gawking at you. I was almost petrified of an unknown fear. I barely mustered the courage to say the opening greeting that the electricity went off. This was my chance to escape from the embarrassing situation. No I never finished the debate rather i said just 4 lines out of 3 pages I wrote. But what that did to me was amazing. It made me realize that I cannot stand and speak this realization was nothing less that winning a battle.
Sometimes its of benefit to be a looser. It gives you the broad perspective of viewing yourself from the eyes of others through the expression on their faces.
Is winning always the most important thing in life? For sure it gives a splendid feeling. Winning is the most relative terms after Happiness on the face of the earth.
Someone told me its important to be a looser to be a winner. Its always your choice what you want. Its not about the outcome but the realization of the fact thats its a never ending quest. How ever hard you try to win or even if you happen to win, is it really you who has won..!!

Remember to Forget...
Ever imagined how amazing it would have been if you could forget all the sad, embaressing, low moments of life.. or overly joyous moments if that makes me look less of pesimist..
I always Remember to Forget that nothing ain't true. Have you ever tried doing that, it gives that blissfull feeling of not being worried of what you did.
- Remembering to forget that you have a crappy job and the worst manager
- Remembering to forget that you were yelled at by your boss
- Remembering to forget that your girlfriend forgot to wish you on your birthday coz she was shopping online, a dress for herself, to wear on your friends Birthday party (now that what I call the mother of all reasons...!!)
- Remembering to forget that you have a broken heart, better evern the one who gave it.
- Remembering to forget that you were told to do something that your never wanted to do anyways..
This list never ends, I can sight millions of such examples for you to relate to and laugh at. But thats not the point. The thing i am trying to stress here is the fact of being oblivious to those things that bother you or are potent botherations. Mastering this art is somthing that gives the samurai edge over the rest.
Imagine yourself walking down the road to office oblivious to the fact that you messed up big time last evening, and your managers was held accountable for it. I know most of you would be thinking that this is a sure shot, full throttle path to getting fired... you arrive in office keep your stuff and settle in the chair with your cup of caffine. your realise that there is a problem that happened coz of some JackAss (does it sound familier). Now the attitude that you will attain towards problem resolution will be of a problem solver and believe me you will come out flying high.
Now imagine in the alternate world (which most of live in..) you get to office thinking about all the yelling and slur you will have to hear, you reach and try to covel your lil sorry ass. your self respect is lost and no where to be found, your confidence is shredded into un-noticeable pieces.
- Remember to Forget the success coz that what stops you from reaching new heights.
- Remember to Forget the praise that you got for a splendid task which your team achieved.
- Remember to Forget the hard feeling people have for you.
- Remember to Forget that i gave this crap to you....
This is the holiest crap on this earth...!!!
Stay tuned there fresh, juicy and smoky crap on the way straight from heven..!!
Ride On...Suckers..!!
